Dr. Essam Hamed Amin Ali is a healthcare management, quality, excellence and strategic transformation professional with more than three decades of experience across the UAE healthcare sector. His professional work spans healthcare management, quality management, accreditation, organizational excellence, strategic planning, risk and safety management, operational improvement and performance excellence.

His experience includes work with international quality and excellence frameworks including JCI, ISO and EFQM, as well as participation in healthcare and government excellence initiatives in the UAE.

His current work focuses on the evolution of healthcare excellence toward integrated organizational intelligence, strategic readiness and future-oriented healthcare transformation.
